Brother Spotlight: Holden Way
Holden placed 86th in the world on the Freestyle Skiing World Tour.
We are proud to congratulate brother Holden Way, who finished the season ranked 86th in the world on the Freestyle Skiing World Tour while carrying a full course load at the University of Denver and serving as a leading officer on the DU Freeride team.
Competing at that level means a season spent traveling between venues, training on a schedule set by weather and competition calendars, and keeping up with coursework from wherever the tour happens to be. Holden has done all of it without stepping back from the chapter or from his leadership on the Freeride team.
What our undergraduate brothers have taken from watching him is less about the ranking than the discipline behind it. He sets a standard for what a Sig can carry at once, and he does it without asking for any accommodation.
Congratulations, Holden. The chapter will be following next season closely.
